Wear loose comfortable clothing & bring a mat for floor work, a small towel or cushion for your head and a bottle of water to drink. Our Brazilian tutor, Ione Barczak, holds Polestar Pilates qualification.

Define and sculpt your muscles with fun exercises using a theraband (resistance band). You’ll feel great and see results fast! Suitable for all ages. Yoga for Everyone
Work to your own level and learn Hatha Yoga. Start with basic postures and progress to flowing yoga sequences. Improve your flexibility and strength with traditional postures that create space and energy flow within the body. Included in this course will be breathing techniques to vitalize the body along with meditation and relaxation to cultivate a peaceful mind.
