This course
gives you the tools you need to optimize your brain power, enrich your health and your life in the process. The principles and exercises you will be taught in this program, based on years of cutting-edge neuroscience research and the experiences of thousands of people, provide a wealth of practical information to teach you how to achieve the best brain possible. You will complete a specialized questionnaire which will give you an indication of which parts of your brain are working well, and which parts need attention. (The questionnaire is based on over 70,000 SPECT brain scans conducted at the AMEN Clinics in the USA over the last 20 years.) You will experience biofeedback and neurofeedback training as part of the program.
