You can complete and print off a form for mailing using the form on this web site.

ENROLMENT NIGHTS For those who prefer to enrol in person and who cannot come to the office during the day. A chance to find out more about the courses. Enrolment nights are held in the Community Education Office at the back of the carpark at 6-10 Kauri Glen Rd. Come in through School Gate 5. Drop in and have a chat about which class is right for you. Eftpos is available.

TERM 2: Mon 26 APRIL 2010 from 4.00-8.00 pm


PLEASE NOTE:
The office will be closed from Friday 11 DECEMBER 2009 until Tuesday 2 FEBRUARY 2010.

Please try to enrol at least 3 days before a course is due to begin to help us with preparation of class materials.

Unless otherwise specified, course sessions are run on the same day of the week for consecutive weeks.

Fees: All fees include GST. Prices have increased this year because government funding has been removed. Please do NOT go to a class without paying.
TEC has granted some funding towards ESOL courses for New Zealand Residents over 16 years of age. Non residents may enrol, but are required to pay a surcharge of 50% in addition to the course fee unless they hold a Work Visa and IRD number. (Please bring evidence of your status when you enrol.)

Receipts: If you have enrolled by mail, phone, fax or online, you will receive a receipt & a map of the school by post or e-mail, so you can go straight to your room.

Refunds: Enrolment fees are fully refunded if a class is full or fails to start. Applications for refunds for classes that are not full or cancelled must be received in writing 5 working days before the class starts. Students may apply for a credit note to the full value of the course, or a refund less a $20 administration fee. No refunds after a course has started.

Discounts: Two places are available in each class at a discount of 50%. These places are for Social Welfare beneficiaries able to provide evidence of their status. Please bring your Community Services Card or CSC endorsed SuperGold Card. There is no discount available for materials costs.

Material Costs: The course description will inform you if you are required to bring a fee for materials.

Saturday Classes: For whole day Saturday classes, please bring lunch. Tea and coffee will be provided.

Cancelled Classes: Classes may be cancelled up to 24 hours before they are due to start.

Certificate of Attendance: Students can request a Certificate of Attendance if they have attended a minimum of 80% of the course.

Evaluation: Please take some time to fill out the evaluation forms at the end of your course. Completed forms help us in planning Community Education courses.

Rooms: Please leave all rooms as you found them.

Cancellation of Enrolment: The Co-ordinator has the right to refuse or cancel any enrolment.
